Grace is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department in the areas of banking & finance, real estate, and bankruptcy.

While in law school, Grace served as Director of Finance for the International Law Student Association and contributed to the Administrative Law Review. She also gained practical experience as a law clerk at Weil Brown, where she worked on diverse legal matters pertaining to litigation, business, trade, white collar defense, education, energy, and dedicated time to pro bono cases involving fair housing, bankruptcy proceedings, immigration law, and commercial business issues.
