Kim is an associate in the Litigation Department. Kim primarily practices complex litigation in the areas of insurance brokerage and insurance intermediary matters.

Kim’s litigation experience includes real estate and probate litigation, insurance coverage, debt collection, breach of contract disputes, and general commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. While in law school, Kim served as a judicial intern with the Sixth Judicial Circuit in St. Petersburg and the United States Bankruptcy Court in Tampa handling mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. She also participated in Stetson Law’s Veterans Law Institute defending veterans’ disability benefit appeals to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Outside of her practice, Kim dedicates her time to professional development and leadership programs, including a local real estate investment group and multiple voluntary bar associations. Kim is passionate about providing pro bono service for the Hillsborough County Bar Association Wills for Heroes project and mentorship to prospective and current law students across the state.
