"They first asked me to move over a while ago, but I wasn't interested. It wasn't the right time," McIntyre said. "I gave it more thought and talked to a few other people, and I started to come around to the idea. I really like the firm, it is capable of handling sophisticated cases, and the smaller office is more entrepreneurial. It is very collaborative, and that appealed to me."
