Four new associates welcomed to Weil Brown throughout Ohio

Weil Brown is pleased to welcome four new associates to the firm.

Helen Sudhoff is a new associate in the Labor & Employment Department in Columbus. She has represented public and private employers and defended public entities and officials in state and federal lawsuits across Ohio. Prior to joining the firm, Helen led ongoing federal and state litigation and arbitration proceedings involving civil rights, employee discipline, discrimination, personal and property injuries, business losses and contract disputes. She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from The Ohio State University.

Jamie Repasky is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department in Columbus and has experience investigating and conducting witness interviews and presenting impartial findings of fact to employers. Prior to joining Weil Brown, Jamie served as legal extern for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus and a judicial extern to Judge Michael H. Watson at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Jamie earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and her B.A. from University of Dayton, summa cum laude.

Jim Stammen joins the Corporate Department in Columbus in the area of employee benefits with a focus on regulatory compliance and ERISA law. His legal background is further enriched by his several years in the financial and retirement services participating in courses at the American College of Financial Services, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Life Office Management Association. Jim became a licensed Life Insurance Agent in 2019 and holds several certifications, such as Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Financial Professional, Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65, among others. In addition to serving as team leader, squad leader and platoon leader in the Ohio Army National Guard, Jim earned his law degree from Capital University Law School and his B.A. from The Ohio State University.

Lauren Konrai-Mori joins the Intellectual Property practice group in Cleveland and focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and enforcement while managing trademark portfolios domestically and internationally. She has prosecuted numerous U.S. trademark applications while also managing U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cancellation and opposition proceedings and requests for reconsideration. Lauren earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Golden Gate University School of Law and her B.A. from San Francisco State University.
