From the CBA Report: When does yes mean yes? Dementia and sexuality

Attorneys Kelly Johnson and Marilyn Maag wrote the cover article for the September 2015 issue of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s CBA Report, "When does yes mean yes? Dementia and sexuality." The article explores issues relating to sexuality and aging and reviews the issue of consent under Ohio law. “With over six percent of the American population expected to suffer from dementia by the year 2050, many families will need to make difficult decisions regarding this basic human need.”
