Overview
Rochelle is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department focusing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
Rochelle’s experience includes a judicial internship with the Hon. J. Nicholas Ranjan at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. During this internship, she assisted law clerks in drafting legal memoranda, conducted thorough research on case law and organized practical documents related to legal doctrine.
While in law school, Rochelle served as recruitment chair for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and contributed to the Environmental Law and Policy Review. She also worked as a law clerk at Weil Brown, where she supported attorneys with business, administrative and litigation projects.
